Shipping and Returns

Do you accept Returns?     

Fragrances are considered personal care items, so we are unable to process returns. If you are unsure which fragrances you will enjoy, please consider ordering one of our sample flight sets.

  BROKEN or DAMAGED

Defective merchandise will be replaced for the exact same item as long as we are notified of the defect within 24 hours of your delivery.  All defective claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise for a replacement. Please email Jarek@ganacheparfums.com to report the defect. Defective merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. We cannot accept unauthorized returns.

What about shipping?

Overnight & Express Shipping

Overnight & Express shipping is available on orders placed before noon, EST, Monday-Friday.  All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.  Please call for a quote.

 

Processing Time

All our products are handmade and package fresh at the time of order, so processing time does take a little while longer.

Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed in 4-6 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will go into the system for processing on Monday. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free within the United States. For international orders charge a flat rate of $35.00. All orders ship via USPS first class or priority mail.

How long will it take?

Orders are shipped from Berkeley, CA. Once shipped it could take an additional 7-14 for the order to be received.

Do I have to pay taxes?

If you live in the State of California we do have to charge 7.25% sales tax on every order.
